Usually I like coming here, but this visit was pretty disappointing. I ordered a Chocolate Explosion with strawberry, blueberry, and brownie, and they somehow got my order wrong four times in a row. After about 15 minutes and multiple remakes, I just took the fourth one because I didn't want to wait any longer. When I actually ate it later, I realized that one was wrong too. It was basically vanilla ice cream with cherry and chocolate chips, with one tiny piece of brownie—no blueberry, no strawberry, and not even the chocolate ice cream I ordered. I completely understand that mistakes happen, especially when a place is busy, but there were only about five other customers there. One mistake wouldn't have bothered me, but four attempts without ever getting the order right was pretty disappointing.

This place is the absolute best! The texture of their custard is unmatched and the weekly flavors are fantastic. Highly recommend!

Fabulous The chocolate is delicious. I've only tried one flavor of the month, found it to be rather flavorless.

Maybe it’s because I grew up with Bob Jo’s downriver but I guess I just don’t get the hype. A 5 ounce cup of average vanilla custard with sprinkles for five dollars is just too much for me- i’d rather spend the extra dollar or two and get a concrete mixer at Culver’s.

I expected so much more and was extremely disappointed. I went here and got 2 large shakes. 1 chocolate and 1 banana and peanut butter and I can tell you for $10 each i would never go here again. For the price I expected something bigger than maybe 15oz at best. I can go to sonic 1 mile up the road and pay half the price and get something double the size. As for presentation I was handed the shakes with ice cream smeared all over the outside so my hands were immediately covered in ice cream. I asked for some napkins and was handed 1... well that didn't even clean up just the outside of the cup. I could barely drink the shake because the straw is so cheaply made it collapses when I try to drink the shake.. as for taste. The banana and peanut butter one doesn't taste like anything beside vanilla. There is not close to enough flavoring to taste either.. I got the chocolate for a friend and they said it tasted chalky. So if I could get my $20 back I would because this place is trash and over priced. The service was good besides the napkins but it still could never make me come back here. Ill just stick with the normal sonic just up the road
